Windows 10 Freezing and Unfreezing

I’ve had this issue for a while now where it freezing and unfreezes. I’ve read many articles that I needed a new hard drive so I decided to buy a new one and replace it. Installed a fresh windows and still having the same issue. Just wondering if anyone could help me. Everything takes forever to load because it’s freezing.

Thanks

Also, after running for around a 30mins to a hour, it fixes itself. It’s the weirdest thing

Take a look at task manager or resource monitor to see if anything is spiking during the freezes.

How did you install windows?

Are all updates installed?

Installed windows from a usb. Usually everything looks fine in task manager when it spikes. Also the freezing is consist. And no all updates are installed.

Try resource monitor in admin tools.

Usually it's disk usage spikes that cause this sort of stuff.

Also, it’s not like the whole thing “freezes” the screen like freezes but if you move your mouse while it’s frozen it will go where you moved it
