What software do you guys use to migrate your Windows 10 main drive to another drive?

How and what software do people use to completely transfer your main Windows 10 disc drive including the OS to another drive to use in a pc.

Few options.

1.DD it using a LiveCD of Ubuntu.

Then use GNU parted to expand out the partitions.

2. Use the built in version of windows backup to take an image of your drive.

Load machine using a recovery media

Restore Image with previously created image.

3. Just restore backed up data to new drive using your backup software.... I mean you are backing up your installation right....? Right?

This everytime.... the last 100 times.

Has NEVER failed ME.

Download, setup the process within 2minutes.

Easy enough to use the Copy wizards...

Apply, Reboot, done...

Set Bootdrive.

Done.

I have only done this very little, because I am the kind of guy that has no problem reformatting my system. But last I did this for a friend, I believe I used Lazesoft Disk Image & Clone. And I believe the reason I used that, is because it can clone a drive and deal with the size changes.
