Ryzen 3200G overvolting itself

I was trying to set my ram to 3000mhz and failed. I reset everything by loading optimized defaults. Now the cpu is at 1.5v automatically. Resetting didn't do anything. What do I do?

Clear CMOS instead of reset.

 

If that doesn't solve the issue, give it a massive negative offset in voltage (offset mode) to balance out the stupid voltage behaviour.

Sorry forgot to mention the board in original post - it's Asus B450ma with latest BIOS.

@Jurrunio Is 1.438v normal when boosting to 4ghz? It stays in the 1.3v range all other times after I changed the offset.

 

edit: and it went up to 1.45v now

Correct, first gen after 1.4vCore I hold a 4.2ghz all core at all times and it never goes over 1.4vCore on the R7 1700

 

EDIT - Did OP mess with the wrong settings when messing with RAM and set his vCore up to high or mess with the SOC offset?

I have the 3400G and have been trying to find any info on normal voltages for this CPU as it auto over 1.5v a lot. On my MSI b450m GP, if I leave everything on auto it will stay very low at idle under 1v but if it boosts to 4.2ghz it will hit 1.531v. Was testing all core OC and it will only stick if its up near 1.5v

1.375v is apparently the highest safe voltage on Zen+ for 24/7 use, wouldn't go higher than that:
