Is 54 amps on 12v single rail good enough ?

Got a bronze rated EVGA 650w bronze for my mate. It says 54 ampage on 12v.  Is this enough for even a 2080 and new computer ? But right now he has a RX 570 fyi.. Thanks much.  :)
