Wierd slow internet speeds

So i got a new motherboard and prosessor recently, and made a fresh reinstall of win 10 on my computer. I updated bios and installed all of the drivers, but my internet download speed have become throttled. The usual speed is 300 down and 300 up, but now I only get 60 down and 300 up. All other computers connected to the internet get regular speeds.

I have tried switching ethernet-cables and doing another fresh install of windows.

The new motherboard i got is : Asus ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

Anyone that have any thoughts about wht the problem might be, and how to fix it?
