I'm helping a friend build a PC for under 500 USD

So recently a friend asked my help to build a pc and they said their only requirements are that they want to be able to play the game at a minimum of 30 fps with wifi and as the title says under 500 USD. they would like to keep it as cheap as physically possible but they will not go with a used CPU or a used GPU. Ideas of parts to use and or links to places to buy would be amazing (they couldn't care if its Intel AMD or Nvidia)

I have some ideas but they could definitely be worked on to get the price lower

A used 580 would go a long way, try to convince your friend.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

This should do the trick:

16 GB of RAM, a decent gaming CPU, an RX 580, and a 250GB M.2 SSD for starters.
