Building new gaming pc help please :)

Hi there! I've been saving some money so I can build a properly gaming desktop, I have already seen many components so I get kinda lost because theres always a better choices for just a liltle bit more money, then a cycle is created and when I look for the shopping cart its already on 2000's euros ?

I've been looking for hours and hours, and finally  I get to a conclusion (maybe), so now i would like to ear any type of advice/opinion to make it even better (+cheaper/+performance).
Im kinda noob, i know the basic stuff so here it is the final build that I made:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Octa-Core 3.6GHz c/ Turbo 4.4GHz 36MB SktAM4 361,90 €
GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8GB  624,00 €
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200MHz CL16 108,00 €
MOTHERBOARD: ATX Gigabyte X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming 143,90 €
POWER SUPPLY: Corsair AX850 80PLUS Titanium Full Modular  229,90 €

HDD:  3.5" Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM 256MB SATA III  69,90 €
SSD: M.2 2280 Samsung 860 Evo 500GB MLC V-NAND SATA 96,00 €

CPU COOLER: Water Cooler CPU NZXT Kraken X62 v2 159,90 €

CASE: NOX HUMMER TGF RGB FULL TEMPERED GLASS CHASSIS  89.99 €

Total: 1883,49€

Best regards for everyone!  Sorry for my poor english I need to practice :)

Ps: I mainly play RUST and Im from Portugal, so the prices that are listed above are prices from Portugal. Thanks for the help!

You dont need to buy this. Not obly is it a shitty watercooler. The CPU comes with a perfectly good cooler.

Just get a TXM 650 and its more than enough.

That should just shave of tons of expences while making it better.

The prices and availability in Portugal for GPU's are an absolute disgrace. There is no way I'm letting you pay 600 euros for a 2070 Super. And they don't even sell AMD GPU's so..

Here we are:

2060 seems to be the best option available (In my eyes, the only reasonable option available in portugal). 2060 Super's and 2070's cost a fortune in comparison, and we're not even going to think about the 2070 Super. So we're stuck with this.

You don't need a watercooler and you don't need such an overkill psu.

No reason to get the RTX 2080 when the RTX 2070 Super is over 100 Euros cheaper.

This is what I'd do:

The 9700K is still the king chip for gaming (tied with the 9900K), the 5700 XT is on par with or better than the 2070 super depending on the title tested for a lot less, and I've made some savings oriented cuts on other parts as well without sacrificing quality or specs.
