Maximus X Hero Wi-Fi ac broken?

Beginning last night my Maximus X Hero Wi-Fi ac has stopped being able to use its bluetooth/wi-fi device.  Not sure what happened, I changed keyboards and mice, but I don't think that is the problem.  I thought it might be the windows installation and so I reinstalled windows, but the problem remains.  I have loaded the defaults in the Bios thinking that could potentially fix the problem, but still the same thing.  I am hoping that a CLEAR CMOS will work, but after that I am lost as to what to attempt.  Any thoughts?

Have you redownloaded the drivers from Asus' website?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

@fasauceome Before reinstalling windows that was my first attempt at a fix.  I downloaded them then fully uninstalled the devices from device manager and ran the install program on the drivers.  It found them and installed but I was still getting the caution symbol in device manager.

@fasauceome No idea how it happened but it seems the bios failed somehow.  By flashing the bios it all came back.  Not sure why it did that but I am glad it is fixed.

That's usually one of the later things I recommend for mystery problems but it's a good thing it worked out.
