Does this GPU support 144Hz on 1080?

Its outputs supports it but you would have to look up benchmarks to see if it can run the games you want with the settings you want at 144fps.

Of course it supports whatever refresh rate your monitor is be it 60hz or 100hz or 144hz or 240hz.  However with a 1060 you will not reach 144fps, unless you play at 900p resolution.  The 1060 is a double digit fps GPU,  The 1070 or 2070 barely becomes a 1440p with high in game settings, and even then you will have drops to 120fps or 100fps then back up to 150fps then 130fps.  If you want a consistent 144fps at all times at 1080p and high settings then you need to play CS:GO.

Well, even 101 is enough for me really. For years I've been playing with max. 30 FPS in every game. So that's fine.

Tbh e-sports games like CSGO & Dota aren't that demanding on graphics. I get 180-240fps easily on CSGO on high settings, but my monitor is 60Hz so

Wow no kidding dude!  I can tell you that you will get a sustained 60fps in pretty much all AAA titles except fo BF.  But also you will get 100fps and even 120fps,, Just depends on the game.  Can I ask what games you play ?

Well I played Dota, Skyrim, War Thunder, Call of Duty 2 and 4, Sniper Warrior 2, Counter-Strike 1.6 (only here I get 100 fps), Minecraft, Left 4 Dead 2.

 

And I would really like to play KHOLAT, which looks so damn fantastic but I get less than 10 fps.

 

But for the last 1 year I mostly play Dota 2.

 

I have Nvidia 210 and some Pentium Dual Core CPU. Not sure which one.

Oh things are clearer now.  With the games you play like COD 2 and 4 and War Thunder your gonna def get your steady 100fps.  In CS:GO even more like 150fps.  But if you play BF you will get 40 to 60fps which is not a smooth experience.
