NZXT H700i Smart Case Fan Rattling Help!

I've had my case for about a year and now 2 of my fans are rattling and causing a very annoying noise. Once the rpm builds up it stops however I'd still like to fix the problem. I have watched YouTube clips regarding the issue and they say to lubricate the inside of the fan by pulling the rubber back. However these fans don't seem to have that rubber flap. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Grab a can of compressed air and give it a good blow out, then spray it with some WD-40 around the center and see if it helps, run the fan at a low speed while you are doing this.

Thanks, didn't seem to fix the problem though. I found that brute force did (hammer). :D

For future reference, the method mentioned in that youtube video is for Sleeved bearing fans. Your H700i comes with NZXT's AER F series fans which are FDB (Fluid Dynamic Bearings) which is why you couldnt find the rubber backing
