help with new build plan (ryzen)

hello, i'm planning to build a gaming pc after 3000 series release and was wondering if i could get 

  Asus - ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard

 

to work with the new processors. i did check the website for the compatibility of this board for the new processors and it is compatible with an update. but since i am building a new pc with no old parts, how can i update the bios without a supported processors? pls suggest or if you can suggest another motherboard, that'd be great too. i'm tight on budget and cant really go a lot higher than 250 australian dollars (i live in australia).

best board for overclocking you can get for your budget for now is the MSI B450 Carbon AC, which conveniently has a bios flashback button in the rear I/O which allows flashing the bios through usb without a compatible CPU (or no CPU at all). With the B450-F, your only option is to get AMD's bootkit, basically a free CPU you have to send back for the bios update.
