DID ANYONE SAY BIOS YET?  BECAUSE YOU CAN CHECK IT IN BIOS.  

 

But seriously . . . I always recommend HWiNFO64.

HWInfo, HWMonitor, CoreTemp. You can also peruse this for better understanding on how it works as well as what to do with some of the common problems encountered on programs designed to monitor CPU temperature.
