MSI Tools and MSI Game Boost

Hey I have a b450m bazooka plus. Would clicking the big red game boost button on the bios be a good thing to do? I haven't tried manual overclock yet and my fan is still the stock Ryzen one... What do you think? And what do you think about the other MSI apps such as the command center and MSI xboost?

They are OK good. But their OC genie sucks. 3.75 GHz on 1.4V is waaaay overestimated than my manual OC

I'm greatly above potato, but I'm getting there...

IDK, I just bump the multiplier in the BIOS in the 1.4V the Auto OC gave me. If it can't get any higher, I tried undervolting a bit because 1.4V is way too much for a 3.8-3.9 GHz.

You might need something to test how stable each OC entry you have
It must be CPU intensive, like a game, or CINEBENCH etc,
