What is/are some of the best value subs to be paired with YAS-108 for large living rooms for the top tier, undistorted performance?

I'm in North India and the echoing of sound is a big problem in my house so I have to get advice and your opinions. Thanks in adv.

My living room dimensions: 22ft x 17 ft x 11 ft and it's open to Kitchen, Drawing Room and Main Entrance.

So, I have been researching a lot lately and found a couple useful subs for me, it's gonna be my first real audio purchase and I don't want to have intolerable compromises. So for the main frequencies I chose YAS-108 and I don't wanna hear about the downsides of soundbars as they are hated on r/budgetaudiophile, r/audiophile and r/avporn. Hence, I'm just concerned about getting an ideal sub for my living room. Actually confused between 10" and 12". The ones I shortlisted are:

  1. Polk Audio PSW10 10-Inch Powered Subwoofer (Single, Cherry) https://www.amazon.in/dp/B00030CHQ2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_IX56CbQT1KM01 (Rs. 18,900)  [Fact check - It's Amazon.com's top-selling sub in fact and some users do report however that it sometimes gets boomy and that it doesn't perform good at higher volumes]
  2.  Yamaha NS-SW100 https://www.amazon.in/Yamaha-100W-NS-SW-Subwoofer/dp/B06XRB1JZS [Fact Check - My favourite so far as it is the overall best value 10" sub I found so far but the aesthetics are considerably silent as the mesh grill seems non-removable but aesthetics are not my priority I just want accurate lows]
  3. Dayton SUB-1000 https://www.amazon.in/Dayton-SUB-1000-10-Inch-Powered-Subwoofer/dp/B0063NU3AA/ref=pd_rhf_se_s_cr_simh_1_1/257-3426226-0686741?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B0063NU3AA&pd_rd_r=d6550fbc-ba32-475c-a680-6cafea7e9a86&pd_rd_w=U23sx&pd_rd_wg=8weLS&pf_rd_p=c0596f87-84a4-47f1-9082-813222812302&pf_rd_r=84ZBPS0CRQG1SJJVCKTN&psc=1&refRID=84ZBPS0CRQG1SJJVCKTN  [Fact check - Redditers are praising its qualities but amazon reviews tell that the build material is poor (and some ironically say its very good) and tbh the woofer cone looks cheap and refurbished so Idk about this one, moreover this is way expensive than SW100 which is also 10" and 100W as this Dayton but but but...ironically its amongst the top rated subs on parts-express - https://www.parts-express.com/dayton-audio-sub-1000-10-100-watt-powered-subwoofer--300-628 so I am confused on spending that extra premium (12k INR expensive than the NS-SW100) and the SW100 is surprisingly $179 while the Dayton is just $119 while its the totally opposite here in India as this Mumbai dealer  is offering me NS-SW100 at just Rs. 15,500 incl. shipping (222 USD direct equivalent).
So what's your take guys in helping me out? Please take a look at my living space.

uuugghhh...sorry but with that room set up your not going to have good sound. you might be able to contain it better with sound foam (to help stop the sound from leaving the room and echoing everywhere) in certain places but other then that the sound is going to travel and echo through out the house...with that much openness placing the sub is going to be a pain...your going to have to place it in different spots in the room to see where it will sound the best but dont expect much (try corners and point it at section of room with the most wall space for room bounce (to try to keep the bass in the room)

the yamaha is good..but like i said your soooo open, hmmm you might need more then a 100watt sub
im in a est 20x20x10 room 2 doorways on one wall and still im running 2 12" 200watt on opposite sides of the room. i had only 1 and it just wasnt enough even at full power. but 2 at 60% power is perfect.....the room setup matters big time in how it will all sound in the end

I know man my room has to be treated acoustically but I am scared of the cost it will carry. Audio and all audio equipment (incl. foam) is really costly here. So something like this acoustic panel seems viable to me but I am really doubtful as to how much it will be truly effective in echo absorption. I am also aware of the fact that an NS-SW100 (let alone 2 of them) won't fill my damn-open area with acceptably-accurate, clean and tight lows. I never bought a subwoofer, not to mention not a single speaker since I got my first Creative A300 2.1 setup (which I'm still using on my PC) ? and then 2 yrs later the monstrous Sony MHC-GN88D 5.1 System (which was infact given away for free by someone to me and that came without a fuckin sub). So, basically I have never owned a sub and I'm really excited for getting a decent one, doesn't matter how less powerful it is. I just want to complete my incomplete-half soul which has been exposed to incomplete frequency spectrum for the most of my life! ?

hmmmm yea it would look tacky as hell with that panel and looking at the pics again..damn where would you even put it for it to even be able to work.

but as for the sub still honestly all 3 will work, yamaha is a name brand so.....but just so you can get good bass response and sound once you get it you need to do the sub crawl with it here are some pages explaining it

Yea, seems like Yamaha really does a great work at budget products be it an AVR, Floorstander or a sub and it cares for its entry-level consumers like me. I'll soon be going within a week or two to take separate detailed demos at the only available dedicated listening room/den near me in Chandigarh (melodyhouse.in) of mid-range 12"s (like an HTS-12) and then NS-SW100 back and forth and notice the difference between the quality, power, coverage and girth of Yamaha and the others. If the differences are marginal I'll do the compromise and order the yamaha (that's still readily available for a mere Rs. 15,500 from a Mumbai dealer called avenuesound.in which is crazy 2k cheaper than Amazon) else I'll wait till we save sufficiently for the real deal one or two 12" ones (~30k INR). The differences that I'll detect there will apply in direct proportion to my living room that's obvious ?.

PS- Thank you very much for sharing the sub placement articles. Really means and helps a lot in my case.

been doing some researching on ideas on how to help with the echoing and such (cheaply). doing some of the stuff this says just may help
https://soundproofliving.com/soundproofing-without-removing-drywall/

your basically looking at ideas to help block sound travel, section one would be ideal to start..it gets crazier down the page lol

some less detailed but basically the same

Hello OR (Original Poster) you will need first to identify the type of sound you're dealing with and learn how sound travels. Here are some good resources I found online https://andrewmat.com/does-sound-travel-up-or-down/, https://andrewmat.com/reduce-bass-noise-neighbors/  https://andrewmat.com/how-to-block-noise-from-neighbors-yard/
