Any suggestions on Old(er) games to play? On Steam.

K i a r a

I've been incredibly bored and looking for a game to play.

Looking for older "classics" that are cheap... Not only on steam but "Other websites"

The only thing I won't play are 2D / Sidescroller games.

I've wanted to Try Far Crys again, But sadly my computer dies while trying to play any of them.

Suggestions are welcome :)

The Simpsons: Hit and Run

Is there like a "Safe" way to get these kinda games? I've had big issues with emulators.

Also, every guide I've ever seen the downloads are always so sketchy!

There's a PC version that was released. If you've got no issues with getting a copy off of eBay, then that'd be a great way to play it.

Although, assuming the thread's context, that probably isn't what you wanna do.

Check out my guide on how to scan cover art here!

Heroes of Might and Magic® 3: Complete

It's 9.99 on GoG (but has no DRM).

( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

It also got a fan-made HD mod for it (and fan-made addons too).

If you never played this game before, but you love turn-based strategy, it's a must.

A bundle just for you... 5 Classic RPG's $0.40 each. Just started today and ends in 2 weeks. Enclave is my favorite from the bundle.

OMG yes, Fallout 1 and 2 are easy on the eyes and full of things to do, and since they are isometric games older than the hills, they should run on just about anything.

Over the years, the best way that I've learned to obtain classic games is to wait a little while for them to hit a huge sale price among Steam, GMG, Fanatical, GameBillet, Humble and even sites like Origin and UPlay. GOG is sometimes decent but just like all these sites, finding huge deals is on average a monthly to seasonal happening from game to game if you know what I mean.
