No Dollar Wasted PC Build Guide

Tried that(the in between frequencies), nothing bigger than 2133 works.

Also i manually changed the voltage to 1.35 and the tRC from 54 to 56.

It seems that the problem was the cpu while at full load along with graphics.

Cinebench alone was running fine. I replaced it with a newer one and everything works fine at 3200

I can't see the list. It says it was put on private. I wanna try and build this thing for myself.  @GabenJr
