Got a 1080p TV, but windows says the native resolution is 4K.

I got a 1080p tv and when I went to set the resolution on my pc, it says that the native resolution was 4k. I do notice a difference between 1080p and 4k when I change it. Is my TV actually 4k?

I looked up the model number and apparently it says its a FHD tv, however the photo shows a completely different TV.
