Downdraft cooler no ram interferance

Joe-G

I currently have the hyper 212x, I bought this cooler without actually thinking it through. I hate everything about it aesthetically, performance is OK tho but doesn't matter since I'm not gonna oc anymore. Looking for a decent downdraft cooler that doesn't interfere with ram, Looks good rgb or na as long as it's black or tiny bits of white. Cooling performance isn't a top priority just enough to cool a i7 8700 non k.

What ram are you using? Most good downdrafts overhang the ram slots and cost more like the G100M and AXP 100H Muscle:

I haven't been able to find any good reviews on the Monochrome Pro but the mounting hardware seems very similar to some good stock coolers found in prebuilts which indicates that is should also work pretty well: https://www.amazon.co.jp/SCYTHE-IntelCPU専用ベーシッククーラー-MONOCHROME-PRO-AM/dp/B01N0Y39GQ/ref=sr_1_10?__mk_ja_JP=カタカナ&keywords=scythe&qid=1554679792&s=computers&sr=1-10
