A little problem i am having as of late

so this is the problem that i have been having and i guess i am looking at suggestions for a way that i can lower the cpu strain my PC is feeling (Also chrome now has 6 tabs open so i dont know what the 13 means)

The 13 on the Google Crome indicates that you have 13 processes running under the google chrome window.  These can be things like SpeedTest, Acrobat Reader, Adguard Adblocker along with the tabs that you have open.  I currently have 6 items running under my Google Chrome.
