How much slack is required for 6+2 pin cable?

Vynro

Alright, so I'm probably freaking out about absolutely nothing, or I'm not ? I have 2 seperate 6+2 pin cables that look like the first picture, and the "first" connector on them is hidden behind the cases grommets for wiring, though it's quite stiff because that first connector is actually stuck on the edges of the hole, and I'm worried if I leave it it could ruin the connector ? Though I do like the look of not having the extra cable

Pictures can deceive but I reckon if you can't make out any strain on the actual connector of your GPU (maybe you can check if you can feel the connector bending towards the cable), you should be fine.

Depends on the size of your tower.  A larger tower will expand more when heated and could pull the cable more taught.

I'm fucking with you... you're fine.
