well i found it a reasonable price here 62ish usd (even though everything here is unreasonable). or i can get a HD7790 around 45usd. is it at the very least good enough to be playable? (i can find like R9 280X for a the same but my wall cant pull that much electricity kinda limited)

how about you give me your pc? well screw that im going for RX 580/480 (CPU change it later, its not like i play any new AAA games. mostly dota and csgo so no problem with that)
