Games Crashing with RTX 2080 ti

Hey guys, so for all games (I have tried Beam ng Drive, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and Metro Last Light Redux) whenever the game starts it would freeze and show artifacts, it would then proceed to crash and give my a graphics related error message. I have tried restarted my desktop and updating my drivers, so far nothing has worked. Does anyone have a potential solution? Could my graphics card be defective?

i7 4790

16 GB 1600 MHZ ram

RTX 2080 ti https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=11G-P4-2382-KR

Driver: 419.35

Windows 10

Sounds like GPU memory issue. I would RMA this card and get a new one.

What PSU do you have?
