Problem with corsair void (usb) firmware

I have the carbon version of the corsair void, wired, and when I update the firmware, it says that I have firmware version 0.01, and when I try and force update it, it will not work, saying that this is the latest version available. I go online to get the firmware image, doesn't work. I uninstall, and install an older version of cue that worked, doesn't work, still says it is at firmware v0.01. I uninstall the driver, doesn't work, I update again, doesn't work.

I don't know what is going on, no one else had this problem before, and I am just sad that my corsair void doesn't have the same quality as it did before.
