joey151

I just finished a new gaming pc,all works fine but the internet (download speed) is reallyyyy slow (i have a 2mbs internet speed so i should get at least 170kbs but i only get 25 and sometimes it just stays at 0 for a very long time)

Anything i can do?i'm using cable to connect to the internet, and my mobo is a p67 extrem6 from asrock

Holy shit and I thought my internet was slow.

You should remove the Lan drivers and reinstall the (latest) ones from the motherboard manufacturers website. See if that helps.

Can you measure your ethernet speeds to see if your home network is also this slow? (should be gigabit)
