How to use RIvaTunner stattistic without Msi Afterburner?

Hello. Is any way to monitor cpu,gpu with msi afterburner riva tuner statistic but without interfering with clocks? I am using to OC only Aorus Engine because its stable for me. Please help.

 

So oc is in aorus engine. But with msi cant be oced? This will not interfere?
