Can i use this ram?

Which motherboard? That RAM is nice, a good choice, and should work on most if not all AM4 motherboards.

I am using a ryzen 2400g that's why i'm buying it 2×4gb

Also,I live in South Africa and this site has the cheapest prices

It should work as AMD's ram compatibility has dramatically improved since the launch of first generation Ryzen in 2017. You should be able to used any ram from any manufacturer as long as it is DDR4. And G-Skill Ripjaws has been know to work since Ryzen came out.

All AM4 motherboards have DDR4 support, so as you are using a Ryzen 2400G, it should work fine.

The only thing the m/b should dictate is whether the 3200MHz is available, in which case if it isn't, it will still work, just at the highest speed available instead.
