Very Low GPU, CPU usage and low fps

So when I’ve been playing games such as GTA 5 and Just Cause 3 with vsync off, the gpu usage has been incredibly low, sometimes dipping as far as 12% usage in game, causing the FPS to suffer horribly. I’m wondering how I can fix this in order to actually feel good when playing gamers again

my specs:

Gpu:msi armour GTX 1070

Cpu:ryzen 5 2600x with stock cooler

Mobo:asus a320m-k

Ram:8gb 2400 mhz (I’m thinking it’s the ram but idk)

Psu:corsair tx750m

1tb hdd

Previously the usage has been above 90% and good fps, but yesterday it’s decided to stop doing that, so I’m clueless

DDU your device drivers and try reinstalling them

Unfortunately I can’t overclock my ram because my mobo doesn’t support overclocking (I think) but I’ll reinstall drivers

That's how to overclock your RAM on the A320M-K. @Finwillwin, as the name of the board suggests, his chipset is A320

Me and two freind have been having the same issue, ive tried everything to no results.... so u might be stuck, last resort is to redownload windows  which worked for a friend but not me, if u check the post i made there are some thing u can attempt

Nevermind my bios is locked and I can’t oc my ram because I got my pc from a prebuilt company and upgraded it from there, annoying as well because I can build a pc, I’ve done it recently for a friend, but I chose not to
