Is this a RAM issue or a CPU issue?

Hey guys,

Lately my pc has started to give me headaches and i am constantly getting BSODs with Memory Management and IRQL Not Less or Equal bottom lines.

I've ran Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, which got stuck at 21%, and now i'm running MemTest86, which already gave me an error at the 1st pass "Test : 7 Addr : 4EF5F1CF4 Expected : FFFF7FFF Actual: FFF77FF CPU: 12".

 

My components are basically new, acquired during december 2018, they're still in warranty and i want to make sure which component i send for replacement, is it the RAM or the CPU?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

probably RAM, could be IMC but probably RAM

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Be careful here i had similar issues where the Memory controller on the CPU died and it wasnt my ram.
