Which CPU to match a 1070 at 1080 gaming?

Would like thoughts on what CPU is needed to maintain high to ultra settings using a 1070 gpu?  I am thinking of either 8 or 16 gigs of ram and budget of $300 for every thing but gpu?  If use ddr3; I have that, but low end cpu like I-5 3470

so cpu/mobo/ram

 

or psu, storage, case too?

2600, but youll have to do with 8gb ram for now.
