Does it happen when gaming, or does it happen randomly?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

What model, including brand. many cards will run one fan faster if the other is not functioning, and some will spin the one that is more directly over the gpu itself much faster as it has the bigger impact. I would check to make sure your drivers are up to date (especially with the changes that amd made a little bit ago, and even more so with Nvidia as they had a whole mess of issues with their older drivers) as well as check for windows updates. If none of this works please list the models of your components as it makes troubleshooting much easier, in general the more descriptive you can be with a problem the easier it is for us to find a solution
