Need Suggestion for perfect GPU

What could be my perfect GPU for my system (System rig is in attachment) without having bottleneck issue.
Planning on getting a gtx 1060 6gb but i found 12% bottleneck in a website. Is there any issue if i have this GPU with my system ?
TIA

Bottlenecking is not set in stone, depends heavily on the used game, settings, screen resolution etc.

On your last century resolution, the i5 you have would bottleneck even a GTX 1050.

Upgrade your monitor first!

Well I doubt you will get 144 fps to match your displays refresh rate but if you plan on upgrading more of your computer at some point in the future then go ahead and get the 1060.. I would personally get an RX 580 over the 1060.
