Posted February 28, 2019 Hi, I have a ryzen 1700x cpu so I tried to overclock it from 3,77 to 4 ghz, wich resulted in a black screen so I reset the clock speed to 3.77ghz. After doing this my display got black bars around the sides and the top. I tried reinstaling the gpu driver and factory reset the display. I have two display, 1080p samsung and 1440p HP Omen. Below is a picture of the problem. Posted February 28, 2019 are you able to make a custom change to the resolution from the nvidia control panel? because it might be as simple as that. Then you will boot into normal mode and now install the latest nVidia WHQL drivers and let us know.
