Yes, you can use the fans but they aren't very good. Why are you looking at these fans in particular?

Yes, you can use the fans but they aren't very good. Why are you looking at these fans in particular?

Currently on sale for inr 500 (for 4 fans.. Thats about $1.25 per fan)
