These look like real cheap 3pin(DC) fans. You probably can run 4 of these on a single fan header, IF the fan header is 1A.

Yes, you can use the fans but they aren't very good. Why are you looking at these fans in particular?

Currently on sale for inr 500 (for 4 fans.. Thats about $1.25 per fan)

$1.25 sounds like a good deal but then again, I'm no dust/temp nazi when it comes to PCs.
