It's not even a copyright strike. It's YouTubes automated system kinda messing up r/n, it's not like LTT is actively doing this

thanks :3

If your channel has received a copyright claim on one or more of your videos from Fullscreen/LTT, and if you believe the copyright claim is false, then you can dispute the claim through the YouTube Creators Dashboard and the claim will be reviewed for its validity.

If someone else's channel has received the copyright claim, then that channel creator/owner needs to file the dispute process.

The video posted above by @Skiiwee29 should answer your other questions, and it will also walk you through the process of filing a dispute against a copyright claim if you require assistance (22 minute mark).

You'd think the ones getting ContentID by LTT/Fullscreen automatically, would know a thing or two about tech... and could tell the difference between a ContentID claim(temporary loss of monetization on the video while the claim is disputed, doesn't affect the account) and a Copyright Strike(Actually affect the account's standing and could potentially kill the channel)

I think I know what you're referring to...
But I will just say that there have been people who have had claims against their video who simply uploaded footage of their benchmark of Heaven Valley who have only had 200 views on the video and only a handful of subscribers. So it's not just affecting other tech tubers who make videos professionally, it's also affecting regular people who may have only uploaded a couple of videos to YouTube who may not be aware of the difference and who might see this copyright notice on one of their videos and not understand exactly what it means.

I was trying to put a few notes of a song in one of my Apps for a school project... Am I going to get dinged by the artist for that?  I also put up part of a video of a church sermon.  Dingable?

Curiously,

We can't answer that without knowing where in the world you are in. That should be included in your profile.
