Intel Wireless AC 3168 Bluetooth Not Working

I have a Cyberpower Gaming PC with an Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 for wifi and bluetooth. Unexpectedly, the Bluetooth randomly stopped working. I checked device manage and i had to select show hidden devices and every driver under bluetooth said that it was not plugged in. I uninstalled the drivers bluetooth from there and i tried to reinstall them with no luck. I got the driver straight from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28511/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-10?product=59485. When it did not work, i checked device manager and no bluetooth devices were installed even though the installer said it completed successfully. I looked online and found this thread: https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D50P0000490TnOSAU/intel-dual-band-wirelessac-3168-bluetooth-not-working?language=en_US. I followed the instructions told by idata to no luck. The installer said it completed successfully, but it had still not worked and nothing appeared in device manager. It seems like nothing I do can fix this. So here I am looking for any help. The wifi is working fine, just the bluetooth. I have attached photos of what i can find about it. So yeah, that is where I am right now. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
