Which RTX 2070 card is the best? Which one should I buy?

I want to buy a gpu mainly for research on Computer vision and Neural Network training. Suggest me a GPU from the given options which are available near me.

1)ASUS ROG STRIX RTX-2070 O8G GAMING  ,      price: 852 USD

2)ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 2070 OC 8GB ,        price:800 USD

2)MSI RTX 2070 GAMING Z 8G  ,               price: 800 USD

3)Gigabyte AORUS GeForce RTX 2070 XTREME 8GB ,     price: 750 USD

4)GALAX GeForce RTX 2070 EX (1-Click OC) 8GB GDDR6     price:625 USD

 The price is according to my locality.

the best 2070 is a 2060, they are only 5-7% slower for much cheaper, that's for gaming though, dont know about your case.

I agree $200 cheaper than a 2070 small performance difference, for what you're using it for.

They will all perform similar, most have the same chip inside some are just clocked a little higher or have better cooling but mostely the aesthetics differ.

So nvidia has 2 different kinds of RTX2070 the one that are alowed to get a factory overclock and those who aren't. 

The Gigabyte OC is the best non overclocked price/performance and the msi gaming is equal to the strix so whichever is cheaper is better price/performance, 

but if you really want price/performance get an RTX2060.
