I really suck at being creative, making something that is my own, and that I feel reflects me so I just decided that because I have a fascination with command line interfaces and how it was the initial form of interfacing with a computer that had a display and keyboard that'd I'd make my own .gif using MS paint of all things.

 

I've been wanting to change it up for a while but plan to maintain the general theme.

I played played a bard in Everquest for a significant period of time and the mob shown in my avatar is one of the final events in my first epic quest. I also work in a recording studio and music has always been a big part of my life so it seemed kinda fitting for me to use that mob.

 

I wouldn't go back to those days if given the choice but I do miss them...

Wow she's more masochist than me, That game is extremely hard and very hyperactive requiring your character to always moving (God hand)

The difference is the difficulty adapt throughout the gameplay, So if you been kicking enemy ass then the difficulty will rise to the point you'll die in a single hit.

But the game let you lower the difficulty but will somehow punish you or more like humiliate you in a weird way. Because your character literally bow and begging saying "onegaishimasu" which mean Please in japanese, And the enemy will laugh at you.

I got to say its harder than dark souls. I can't finish the hard difficulty cause i always throwing my controller out of the window.

Still its one of my favorite game but its a shame that there's no sequel.

 

I've beginning to think that she's one of a kind.

The profile picture I have at the time of writing is to commemorate the Cease Fires some saw during Christmas during World War One.

In the evening of December 24, 1914, British soldiers saw that something strange was happening on the frontline near Ypres: the enemy trenches were decorated with an ocean of small candles. The German soldiers started to sing Stille Nacht, Heilige Nacht (a Christmas carol written by Joseph Mohr and Franz Gruber in 1818). The British listened to the end of the song and then sang it themselves. The Germans greeted them with thunderous applause.

In other parts of the frontline, German and English soldiers left their trenches, exchanged souvenirs and food, sang Christmas carols, and attended to their fallen.

The Christmas truce was held mainly by British and German units, however. The French were less inclined to fraternize with invaders due to the fact the Germans were occupying their homeland and turning a great many of their cities and villages into ruins.

The authorities' reactions to the Christmas fraternization was different. The British newspapers published numerous letters that soldiers sent to their families, telling them about the miraculous truce. Both leading national newspapers, the Daily Mirror and Daily Sketch, printed photographs of British and German troops fraternizing with each other. The tone of the reports was mainly positive. Meanwhile, the German newspapers did not cover the event, all letters from the front were severely censored, and soldiers were forbidden to write about the truce. The French press reported that all cases of fraternization happened only in those sectors along the front where the British and Germans faced each other, and French soldiers did not take part in them at all.

The daisy was created for a garden animation that was part of my demo tape back in 1990. 

It was created on an Amiga 2000 computer with Imagine 3D software.
