Motherboard in dual channel mode while 4 sticks are installed.

Dear people on the forum,

I have a problem and i don't know what to do anymore. I have 4 ram sticks that all are identical installed there all working and all the slots are working to, when i go to the bios it said 16 gb installed but in windows it says 8 gb installed and that i am using only 2 of 4 slots. And when i look in cpu-z it also says that there is 16 gb installed but the system is in dual channel mode i dont know why and how to change. Please can somebody help.

- Intel Core i5 7400

-Gigabyte GA-Q170M-D3H

- 1 crucial ddr4 4gb 2133 

- 3 crucial ddr4 4gb 2400

- msi gtx 1050 ti

-hdd 1 tb seagate barracuda

That CPU only supports dual-channel mode.

the platform only supports dual channel, with two sticks per channel => 4 sticks total, in two channels.
