Witch RAM to pick in 2019

So at i recently got some pc parts and i dont have ram for it and i've decided to put my ram in the 2nd rig and just buy different for my main one and i have a choice between 

Corsair Vengeance RGB White PRO 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3200MHz for £155

And

HyperX Predator 16GB (2 x 8GB) 2933MHz DDR4 RGB Memory for £132

And the problem if i buy the HyperX Predator will i be able to get same clock speed as on Corsair one ?

Nobody can answer that question with any certainty.

If you want RGB, get corsair. If you want to save money, get the HyperX, you likely won't ever notice the difference using your PC between the two as the speeds are so similar. As far as upping the clockspeed, overclocking is not an exact science, you might, you might not. You won't know until you start overclocking that RAM.

Pick the speed and timings and choose the one the costs less. If you're choosing between the two I'd go for the Corsair. It takes too much time and effort to overclock memory with no guarantee how high they'd go, especially in the mid range (around 2666-3200) where the small cost differences just don't warrant the trouble.
