Starting off really bad. So the Card I got is a full size bracket. (i just found that out) meaning it wont fit in the case ? I already filed for a cancel on the order. More good new and bad news. Good news! The seller just canceled the old gpu meaning I will be able to get the new, cheaper, and better one! Bad news. I just tried to install windows onto a Xbox 360 old hardrive, the drive worked fine as a video drive and Ive been using it for years. It said it was a CDROM and didnt work D :. With the extra money from the cheaper GPU and $10 more dollars laying around I am going to be adding a WD Black 240gb Drive to the system. I hear its a good HDD. Also its cheap at only $15. :D

So just bought my Graphics Card. I didn't buy the hard drive it was sold out. I then realized I could take the HDD out of my old laptop. Its a 1TB and has all my streaming things already on it since I used to use that PC. Also it has real windows 10 home. I will just buy a 120gb SSD for my laptop instead  in the future.

Sup. One thing straight away: $50 are not enough by ANY means. The device yiu send the footage to has to be a system that actually has the system resources required to en-/decode 60fps. Quality not even calculated in. And also PCs under $100 (most of them) don't have Gigabit Networking. So unless you want your viewers to wait 5 mins (slightly overexaturated) just to render the next frame you better get a RAM (or CPU if you are willing to pay for it) upgrade. Get 2 more of the same that you already have in your build and you'll be fine for now.

I already have a system. It was $60. Its perfect. It can do 1080p 60fps. Little to no lag. Sooo
