With that chip you could stream 1080 no problem. You will probably need an aftermarket cooler like the cooler master hyper 212 evo to deal with the heat of 95w TDP.

Thats a $15 chip. My plan was too sell the i5 750 later in the future for $20. They go for like $25 on ebay. Then buy the Xeon, buy a ATX case, transfer over the board, get a better PSU, better Cooler, and get a GTX 550TI

That would be perfect! You could definitely stream 1080p or 720p on that no problem!

I would save up for whatever but right now I only have $60. I would get no GPU but have too since i5 750 has no IGPU. The Radeon HD5450 is just to hold me over.

Only reliably with 480p. I would want to get HD6450 for 720p though.

Would be really good but total with shipping is about $40  When my budget for the GPU was 20 or less
