Hey, I am looking for the best prebuilt system on ebay for under $50. It needs to have and IGPU at least. Going to be using to to stream with an elgato. Please link down below.

Its an USB Elgato. I would be using it to stream off the PC below. Any game really. I would want 1060p 60FPS.

I’m 15 too, and I’m saving up $300 for a 2200g System, which I suggest you do as well. However, you could always find a PS4 or something for $150 and stream on that

I already have a PC. Ive been saving up for it for about a year. I hate consoles. I have an Xbox and its terrible to use.

Something I was thinking was this https://www.ebay.com/itm/HP-Compaq-Elite-8100-SFF-Desktop-Intel-Core-i5-750-2-67Ghz-4GB-RAM-NO-HDD/123601206599 and then I would buy a cheap $10 GPU then I could upgrade that CPU to a Xeon and upgrade the PSU, then get like a 550 ti.

From bitter experience burning through all your available funds isn't a good option, unless you get a monthly income of some kind (job/allowance), at which point its only like a week where you're broke.

Been planning this for a while. I dont use the money for anything. just have been sitting in there. I acctually have $70 something but parents told me to keep atleast $20 in the bank

Wireless, core2 duo (e8400 IIRC) hard drive, dvd rom

Its a Dell Vostro 200 Win7, 4GB RAM

I think Im just going to go with the picture that I had since I like the chipset it has in which I could take that bored out. Put it in a ATX case and get a better PSU, add a Xeon, and get a rx something. In the future.

Why not GPU encode using OBS? Just use the ASIC in the 1060 to do the job. I mean qualitywise its not as good as CPU encoding, but its oerfectly fine for someone getting into streaming.
