Post Your Battle Stations and Build Setups!

Just now, Opeb said:

Do some research if your CPU is a bottleneck in your system i will look too if it is a bottleneck you can get a 3000 series ryzen or wait and get 4000 series but i think 3000 series will do just fine

i will im also waiting for AMD to get back to me about the stutter though

man, that loop looks awsome! we really do need more soft-tube builds on here.

Thanks, I was honestly thinking about switching to metal hardpipes instead, or start using larger tubing and fittings

Moved my office upstairs from the main floor.  I have a lot less space here, so I needed to keep it simple.  Single screen, 2 speakers, my PC and a Yamaha amplifier/Schiit DAC.  Not much room to hang anything so I lose the Samurai sword, but kept the figures and armor.  Managed to run a hard line network up two floors and get at least this part done this evening.

System Specs: 8700k, ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming k6, 16GB 2666 CAS 14 GSkill, Samsung, Intel and WD NVME drives and 1TB Crucial sata SSD, Seasonic PSU, custom cabling, EVGA RTX2060, Noctua and Corsair cooling in a CoolerMaster case.

Moved all my equipment to a new setup upstairs. I use it for gaming, CAD design, and schoolwork. It's powered by my X Box mod build with these specs:

i5 8400 w/ noctua cooler

RTX 2060

16 gb vengeance rgb pro

1tb wd blue SSD

asus ROG strix b360 -i

For monitors I've got 2 1080p curved monitors. 1 is VA and 144 hz and the other is IPS 60 hz.

For my keyboard I'm using a Logitech g512 SE and for mouse I'm using a Razer basilisk x Hyperspeed that i plan to mod soon.

I've also got my amazon echo as i don't care much about privacy and It's decorated with a few keepsakes from different points of my life.

EDIT: My headset for gaming is the Logitech g pro, and for music I've got Bose sound link 2 wireless.

Its honestly a bit outdated now, I have a new keyboard. Screens are a bit more alligned. And cables a biiiit more tidy. My pc isnt that good, but it'll suffice and i'll upgrade soon enough.

Specs:

Ryzen 5 2400g

Gtx 1650 super

32gb gskill 3200mhz ram

Honestly no idea what motherboard and psu anymore ngl.

As for peripherals:

Screen 1 (the middle 1): AOC C32G1

Screen 2 (the right one): AOC C24G1

Screen 3(the left one): Honestly no idea but its 23 inches and older. Works great as a display for messages.

Keyboard: Glorious gmmk With brown switches and Aura keycaps.

Mouse:.. I forgot but its a wireless razer

Headset: Hyperx Cloud 2

Also, yes. I need the rgb mousemat etc. Its a must. 😤 (Jokes aside i just like it)

seems like a pretty good budget build. the motherboard isn't all that great tough but if you don't push any hard overclocks you should be fine.

do you have any pictures of that build? this thread is called 'show off your setup' after all ;)
