Looking For a Laptop Mouse

jiyeon

Hi, so I'm looking for a wireless mouse to compliment my laptop and potentially as a replacement for my Logitech G502 when it dies, if ever.

Things I'm looking for in a mouse:

  • Wireless - USB dongle preferably but I could try Bluetooth
  • Comes in white
  • Around the size of the Logitech G502
  • 2+ extra programmable buttons
  • £60 ceiling
  • Driverless plug-and-play preferably
  • Good for light gaming

So far, I've come across the Logitech G305, Logitech G602, and the Logitech MX Master, but I'm open to many more suggestions. Any suggestions as to which mouse fits the criteria the best?

I love my G602, though its grey

Looked at the MX anywhere 2s?

Yeah, I looked at the MX Anywhere 2S, it seems a little small, and expensive.

The G602 is a contender though, it's got all the features I want.

Been using the same G602 since like 2015/16 and it hasnt had any wear. Batteries last for at least 3 months for me or longer if I set it on the eco mode. Dongle is nice and low profile as well.

@seoz I have both. The g502 is for smaller hands, has a fuller click, and preforms better in my book. The g602 is for bigger hands, has a quieter click, and too many programmable buttons imo but is wireless.

Sweet, due to the nature of programmable buttons, I assume the G602 needs the Logitech Gaming software? I own the G502 myself and I'm comfortable with everything about it.

Sorry for the super late response. Both can use the software. The g602 has 6 buttons on the side compared to the g502s 3. But it doesnt need it.

Not sure if you've seen the Corsair Hapoon Wireless that was launched a couple weeks ago, but it might fit most of your criteria.  All buttons (6) are programmable using the iCUE software, and has flexible connectivity over wired, wireless, and Bluetooth.  MSRP is $49.99 USD, which should be fine for your budget.  The Corsair Dark Core would be a good option as well if you catch it on sale.
