Do I need to upgrade my PC?

Hello guys, I am planning to upgrade my PC. Right now I am equipped with I5 6500, 16GB RAM 3000MHZ, GTX 1060 and couple SDD's. My goal is to be able to edit online 4K video from Sony A7III. I am thinking of getting a Ryzen 2600 CPU. Would it be a good upgrade? Or I should save my money and buy something even more powerful later on? I have spare B350 motherboard so please keep in mind that I need to buy CPU only.
