Computer has multiple self assigned IP addresses and wrong MAC address

How do I fix this? I feel like it may be the cause of my internet issues.

 

its a desktop pc and I am connected via Powerline adapter. I did also have a wifi adapater plugged in for a while but it’s out now.

You mean an APIPA address? However the Mac shouldn't change

 

Also list all interfaces with ipconfig

The physical address listed in the command prompt when I do a ipconfig /all command is different than the MAC address listed when I log into my router on the web and view connected clients

are you sure you are looking at the correct client on the router?

check the mac on the actual physical computer or in the box it came in (if possible)

Is there a switch or other device in between the router and the powerline adapter?

What model powerline adapter?

What are you seeing in the command output? Can you put the output here?
