Question about RGB fans

Mercuryaces

Hey guys, I'm considering buying RGB fans for my system. My question is, can I just plug my corsair RGB fan into the normal fan header, or do i need to plug them into something else?

These are the ones id plan on getting  https://www.bestbuy.com/site/corsair-hd-series-120mm-case-cooling-fan-kit-with-rgb-lighting/5845212.p?skuId=5845212

For Normal fan power you can plug it into your Fan header, for RGB effects you have to use the added Corsair Control Hub for the RGB connectors And the normal fan plugs, and then plug it into the motherboard. Should count as a splitter

The corsair fans are proprietary to their system and in that kit will be manually controlled. For more customizablity you will need to have their lighting node pro and use their Cue software for programming the lighting modes.
