First gaming of build

Before like a week or 2 ago, my budget for my gaming pc was I believe $700.It has now bumped up to $1000, maybe even more since I can sell my laptop which I can  sell for at least $500.Any suggestions?

Do you also need a monitor?

You need to provide more information, please.

 

What games are you playing? What resolution do you want to play at? Do you need a monitor, keyboard, or mouse?

The games I will be playing are Tom Clancy rainbow six siege, gta v, and fortnite, and I do not have a monitor.
