basically replacing my case with the hardware in the signature

so what would this distance be

if i mounted the fitting on top of the card

also is there an unused pci bracket above your card?

Oh, the MSI aero is perfect, because you don't have the DVI port in the bottom, that would interfere with a 80mm rad. And yes, there is an unused bracket, because ATX mobos usually don't have PCIE slots right under the I/O.

But that's where your mITX board shines with its higher 16x slot. In my case with the top bracket unused, the distance you asked for is still 40mm. With the higher PCIE slot you get 20mm in addition, or enough for a 80mm rad and the fittings like I have them in the bottom.

making a model to plan the best way of routing tubes and all

The loop as I have it routed won't fit a third radiator in the side with the pump mounted like I have it, you'd have to put it between the top and bottom rads instead of next to them, to make a third rad fit. I also realized that you can propably get to the GPU inlet from the bottom. Your Monsta radiator is 26mm higher than mine, but your GPU will also be 20.3mm higher. Between the fans and the hardtube fitting down there I have 5mm space, so it'll be pretty tight, unless you mount the fans underneath the radiator, because that will give you some more space.

not really the plan anyway but i guess ill have to wait and make my own model to plan thing out. im not using fancy pants software like back in the day now im just messing around with tinkercad for rough estimates. actually not that bad
