Can you really game on vega 11 ? How good is it from intel UHD 630

I never really thought of it gaming on ryzen's integrated GPU or on Intel's integrated gpu but  how good is it to run shadow of tom raider or pubg or cs go on integrated graphics

It is at least a bit more than the double better.

I wouldn't personally run PUBG on the Vega 11, but it handles esport games very nicely.

tl;dr, it's much better. The UHD can't play Shadow of the Tomb Raider at an acceptable performance at 720p low, but the Vega 11 handles it just fine.
